The Senior Manager of Store Systems Engineering is responsible for leading the implementation, rollout, and ongoing management of retail store technology platforms, including POS, payment systems, and hardware/software solutions. A critical aspect of this role is engineering solutions to stage POS systems. Another critical aspect is to monitor, manage, and ensure the reliability of store systems, while also overseeing the application POS life-cycle management process. Operational Support Work with the Support team to support day-to-day store operations Work with the New Store Opening team to support store openings/closings/relos/remodels Continuous Improvement Drive process automation and system adoption across store operations Collect feedback from store associates and stakeholders to refine system performance. As a Senior Contracts Manager, you'll be a trusted advisor to project teams, helping them navigate complex agreements and make informed business decisions. You'll use your communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to review contracts, guide negotiations, and identify risks-contributing to the successful delivery of design-build and related projects in the water and wastewater industry. Detailed Description * Advise project teams involved in design-build and related projects, either in a contractor role, designer role, or both, as to appropriate contractual terms in a variety of settings. * Review RFPs and the associated contracts, provide contract risk assessments including proposed contract changes and exceptions and suggest risk mitigation measures. * Be responsible to draft and review a variety of agreements, including NDAs, teaming agreements, joint ventures, prime contracts, and subcontracts. * Maintain close working relationships with applicable leadership team, sales and delivery managers, other members of the legal department, as well as other internal core services groups necessary to achieve comprehensive review and risk assessment (cybersecurity, tax, insurance, etc.). * Serve as one of the organization's contacts to address questions related to existing contracts and contract processes. * Prioritize between multiple projects on a time-sensitive basis. Your duties will include: * Lead customer facing projects that drive revenue and provide high customer satisfaction. * Develop and manage project plans and documentation based on Agilysys Project Management Group standards. * Identify, manage, report and escalate on program or project risks. * Manage project schedule, budget, resource and quality constraints. * Lead multiple projects by prioritizing and managing conflicts of schedule and resources. * Work with the Managers of Installation Services to help identify and secure resources based on project target dates * Coordinate with Sales to provide clarity around initially ambiguous projects and process issues. * Work closely with internal resources including installation teams to complete project tasks and address business/technical challenges to meet project goals. * Work directly with customers to set appropriate project expectations, address customer goals, determine target dates, manage customer tasks, and provide regular project updates. * Mentor customers in how to best implement the Agilysys solution(s) and provide other Agilysys solution options when possible and applicable. * Provide thought leadership with regards to team and organization challenges. * Collaborate with other internal departments to identify installation improvements and feedback of Agilysys products. * Obtain appropriate training certifications for self-development. * Ensure effective transition of projects to Support. * Perform other duties as assigned or specific to the project. Requirements for success: * Experience developing, installing or supporting hospitality solutions (e.g. point of sale, property management, inventory management systems etc.) * Customer facing presentation skills at the "C" level * Bachelor's degree (in either Computer Science, Information Technology, Hospitality Administration and Management, Hotel and Motel Management) and/or 3-5 years' experience in Program/Project Management and/or managing technical implementation projects. * Expertise in using MS Project, SmartSheet, SalesForce, Confluence and MS Office products. * Customer based Project Management experience in an hourly billable capacity * Superior relationship and communication skills (written and verbal). * Ability to lead without authority and drive decision making. * Strong attention to detail, follow through and organization skills to manage multiple concurrent projects. * Ability to persuade, inspire and motivate peers. * Excellent problem solving skills and ability to be flexible to project situations. * Be available to travel up to 20% of the calendar year. An All 5's Project Manager is primarily responsible for the management and coordination of the project team, and in conjunction with Project Superintendent, assumes overall responsibility and accountability for the success of the project. A successful candidate in this role: Contributes to the estimating team as required on a project specific basis for lump-sum and hard bid projects. Develops budgets, create bid packages, and descope subcontractors on Cost plus. Conducts an initial plan review, participate in the project kickoff meeting, and develop a thorough understanding of the project. Reviews the Prime Contract in its entirety and ensures that all requirements and obligations are understood and addressed with project controls, documentation, procedures, etc. Develops the project chart of accounts with cost codes (using standard cost codes). Collaborates with the Project Engineer and Superintendent to create the Master Project Schedule. Creates and executes Purchase Orders and Purchase Order log according to standard operating procedures. Conducts ongoing plan reviews of all document revisions, bulletins, and deltas. Maintains a thorough understanding of project documents. Assumes responsibility for managing all costs on the project. Reports costs to the VP Operations (and in some cases Owner) monthly according to the standard cost reporting procedures. Assumes responsibility for all project correspondence. Manages relationships with all the project participants with a consideration towards all potential future opportunities. Coordinates and collaborates with other subcontractors. Works with the Superintendent to coordinate closeout. Manages closeout of all subcontractor contracts according to standard procedures.
