Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Scrum Master within our team. Key Responsibilities: Practice servant leadership while coaching and advancing Scrum and Agile practices. Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies and team collaboration using tools like Jira and Confluence. Maintain communication with Product Managers, development teams, and leadership on project progress, team issues, and Agile process improvements. Track development performance metrics and guide the team toward continuous improvement and delivery. Assess and enhance Scrum maturity across teams and the organization. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one or more large or complex IT projects. 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, managing complex digital projects and delivering at least two Agile software projects. Proven ability to facilitate User Story development and coach Product Owners on best practices. Experience in cross-functional teams, driving concurrent projects in a matrixed organization. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, cloud architecture, and DevOps tools. Professional demeanour, with the ability to work effectively with executives and leadership. The wage range for this role reflects the wide array of factors considered in compensation decisions. Compensation decisions are based on the unique facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual range is $110,000.00 - $155,000.00.
