The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and future project managers with hotel renovations, brand conversions, PIPs (property improvement plans), new constructions, as well as assisting with existing portfolio of hotels as it relates to facility maintenance and improvements. Verify permits and documentation are secured before mobilization. Project Execution & Site Management Lead day-to-day execution of roofing builds on-site. Manage and coordinate crews and subcontractors for productivity and compliance. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, job specifications, and quality standards. Monitor performance in real-time, tracking: Schedule adherence. Material usage and availability. Labor productivity. Quality and inspection compliance. Resolve issues quickly and escalate high-risk and critical tasks as needed. Serve as primary point of contact for crews and internal stakeholders-not the customer.
