Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 6+ years of demonstrated experience in benchmarking, process improvement, project management, or transformation initiatives, ideally within Finance or a related corporate function. 2+ years of project leadership experience Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proven ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Experience with process design methodologies, automation technologies, and reporting tools is highly desirable. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
