Understand machine MO, PC, WP, STM and Interim Specifications. Perform changeovers - line clearance of components and tooling changeouts. Fill component hoppers and complete necessary traceability paperwork. Pull inspection test samples and stage for QC Operator. Engage in machine troubleshooting on all assigned stations - bevel mold, pin & heater block changeout and bevel trim adjustments. Update hourly production boards with production and efficiency numbers for all Mods; note issues that prevented goal attainment (downtime, waste, quality, etc.) Process warehouse ordering of components and pull tooling for changeovers. Submit machine repair tags to identify issues requiring support services. Perform all functions of a Team Operator when required. Assist with training of new Technicians. Maintain 5S standards in assigned work areas. Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
