Drive the operational delivery of Omniverse's developer documentation plan. You will bring extensive DocOps skills to develop high-quality documentation systems that boost ISV adoption throughout our platform. Partnering with the Documentation Director, you will transform strategic goals into tangible results by crafting information architecture, defining quality criteria, and incorporating advanced documentation techniques into NVIDIA. We need someone who has developed documentation systems at scale before and understands "what good looks like." You'll lead day-to-day documentation operations, mentor the team on modern DocOps practices, and ensure our documentation empowers self-service developer success. What you'll be doing:
Lead operational execution of documentation strategy, crafting and maintaining information architecture for the entire Omniverse documentation ecosystem serving 400+ engineers
Establish documentation quality standards, style guides, and guidelines based on industry expertise and modern DocOps methodologies
Build content models and patterns optimized for both developer consumption and AI readiness, structuring documentation for LLM integration and future agent capabilities
Mentor documentation team on information architecture, content strategy, and modern documentation practices while encouraging craft excellence
Make strategic decisions on documentation tooling, infrastructure, and workflows that enable scale across distributed contributors (Product, Engineering, CS, PMM or equivalent experience)
Define and track documentation efficiency metrics (time-to-first-success, support deflection, developer happiness) to drive continuous improvement
Partner with Manager on strategic direction while owning day-to-day technical leadership, operational decisions, and multi-functional influence
What we need to see:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) combined with 12+ years in developer documentation and 5+ years developing or revamping documentation systems at scale
Deep expertise in modern DocOps practices, information architecture, and docs-as-code workflows-you've "done this before" and can bring industry guidelines to NVIDIA
Proven ability to build and maintain complex content structures serving multiple audiences, with portfolio demonstrating documentation systems you've built or transformed

We are seeking a Senior TechnicalWriter to establish world-class API documentation and act as the translator between complex financial engineering and external developer adoption. We have built a world-class financial engine, but we need documentation that matches it.
This is a foundational role where you will own the documentation ecosystem from the ground up; architecting information systems, defining content standards, and directly influencing how global financial institutions integrate with our infrastructure. You'll set the bar higher than industry standards, building a knowledge system that turns complex FX liquidity and cross-border payment flows into a "Hello World" integration in under 15 minutes.
What You'll Actually Do & Own
Architect the System: You will own the Information Architecture and the words. You will design the taxonomy that scales from a simple Quickstart guide to complex Treasury Operations references. You determine how we version, layer, and present information so it doesn't collapse under its own weight in two years.
Own the Stack: You own the build- out of the API doc platform, while engineers build the APIs. You select the tech stack and implement tooling that enables engineers to contribute documentation efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Define the "Mental Models": You translate internal engineering logic into external developer understanding. You won't just document endpoints; you will explain
concepts
. You will write the definitive guides on handling idempotency, asynchronous webhooks, and multi-currency settlement states.
