Assist clients with installations/updates of PACS software server and viewer applications. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to IT PACS Specialist Tier II or IT PACS Guide Tier III support, ensuring timely and accurate handoff. Collaborate with other IT support staff to identify recurring issues and propose solutions for continuous improvement. Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support when necessary. Your main responsibility will be to troubleshoot and solve PACS-related issues, respond to inquiries, and ensure that clients can work smoothly within the PACS product.
