What We'll Bring:
We are seeking a Solutions Consultant that will act as a presales engineering client facing consultant. You will be focused in the media and entertainment vertical. You will meet with client's engineering, technical solutions, and data science teams to decide a menu of solutions and if the project will be an existing package or will require a custom build. What You'll Bring:
3-5+ years experience in similar roles at cloud SAAS, Martech or Adtech businesses Highly developed commercial and strategic acumen in multiple verticals like retail, media & streaming, Connected TV, and financial services.Proven record of being a technical champion within these platforms and verticals Track record of driving revenue growth and sales efficiencies through your technical solutions in similar businesses Own the onboarding timeline, liaising internally with Operations, Product, and Engineering to execute on client implementations.Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to customers.Conduct demos and attend in person meetings to provide technical expertise.Confer with customers, product management, and engineering to assess system and product requirements, including being the voice of the customer for an ever-expanding product portfolio.Participate in our product release cycle through requirement gathering, design vetting, and user acceptance testing.Plan and modify products to meet customer needs.Own technical troubleshooting and ensure all account issues are quickly resolved.Assist in documenting our products and provide training to internal teams and clients.

Solution Architect, Product Management

The NDAA is seeking an IT Solutions Consultant who will be responsible for understanding the business needs of the organization and working with them to implement IT solutions that will enable customers to achieve their organizational goals and objectives. While working as part of an Office of Information Technology (OIT) team, the IT Solutions consultant will work as an embedded member of the NDAA assisting with the technology decision-making and needs required to support the NDAA and its customers. The candidate will have the opportunity to support flagship NDAA events such as Reunion, Alumni Boards, and Football Fridays, help drive NDAA technology strategy and identify solutions, and support traditional technology areas such as desktop computing, software licensing, and meeting spaces.

This requires an IT Solutions Consultant to have a wide breadth of technical knowledge and understanding of the IT services that the OIT provides to its customers. In a fast-paced and ever-changing technological world, the IT consultant will have to stay on top of new technologies and the IT services the OIT provides. He/she will have to understand how these IT services can be used to address the customers' needs, provide guidance and advice on the best IT services to use, and partner with the customer to implement and support these IT services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Serve as the internal consultant and interface between OIT and the NDAA Teams, helping point to solutions, contacts, and best practices to streamline the NDAA IT management and needs
* Work as a senior member of the NDAA IT team, coordinating technology of the NDAA staff including budgeting, planning and executing hardware purchases, tracking, and management
* Coordinate and track the licensing of the NDAA software and ensure compliance with University standards
* Design, develop and implement processes to support the NDAA technology used to deliver events including registration and payments, seeking ways to leverage University-level processes and successfully deliver on behalf of the NDAA
* Participate in NDAA events and activities such as Reunion, Football Fridays, Board Meetings and the annual Leadership Conference

Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.

+ 4 years of experience in SQL and maintaining ETLs.

+ Experience in one or more programming languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

+ Experience managing complex project plans and working with a diverse set of stakeholders on requirements, roles, responsibilities, and project timelines.

+ Experience designing and executing structured analysis, deriving business insights, evaluating the impact of business decisions (R, Python, SAS) and communicating findings to a diverse audience.

+ Experience in presenting complex findings in a structured and clear manner to a non-technical audience.

+ Experience working with teams distributed across geographies.

+ Understanding of fundamental computing concepts including data structures and algorithms.

+ Design and develop data warehouses for operational and business impact data. Troubleshoot client systems or data issues resulting from internal or external systems.

+ Write Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) to automate routine data collection and reporting processes using a variety of traditional and large-scale distributed data systems.

+ Design and develop dashboards and critical reports for supply chain, business, and finance stakeholders (Tableau). Design and execute structured analysis to evaluate the impact of business decisions, communicate findings to a diverse audience.

+ Work with Business Analysts and other non-technical business users to understand their needs and to help them use the data and tools that the team has developed.

+ Write and review technical documents, including requirements, schemas, design documents for existing and future data systems. Manage projects and drive technical projects end-to-end.
