This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket.
You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets.
You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls.
You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal.

The incumbent is recognized as the principal technical expert for development of workable solutions for any unanticipated situations adversely affecting operationally critical systems of the NAS. Serves as senior project manager or team leader for large, challenging and complex work activities. Represents the FAA as a senior technical authority for major Agency activities, emerging technologies and customer concerns.
Responsible for establishing and managing program goals and objectives and formulating project plans; develops, interprets, recommends changes, and has broad discretion to insure compliance with organizational objectives and policies; identifies, procures, distributes, and tracks resources needed to accomplish large work activities.
Works with customers at high internal and external organization levels to the FAA to resolve complex issues to insure the integrity of the NAS. Coordinates with multiple air traffic entities to shut down and restore facilities, systems, and services to prevent activities from disrupting air traffic operations. Quickly resolves restoration problems with minimal impact to the NAS.
Performs work providing Agency-wide leadership for highly complex and challenging technical activities. This may be accomplished using innovative concepts and approaches for problems that have resisted earlier efforts at resolution.
Maintains authority to commit the necessary resources to accomplish the agency's mission. Develops innovative approaches to attain Organizational objectives and optimize the use of resources.
Works independently, monitors and evaluates trend data on a nationwide basis to develop workable solutions for sustaining the NAS.
Keeps abreast of changes in technology and the new systems coming on-line. Provides recommendations to senior level managers for enhancement of systems and air traffic operations.
Formulates Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) for local use, dealing with Emergency and Safety situations at assigned facilities.
Incumbent has the authoritative responsibility for timely upward reporting of NAS information that could have an impact to operations for purposes of Situation Awareness (i.e. NOTAM, SAL Paging function). Understands the current state and dynamics of local operations and being able to anticipate future changes and developments.
Integrates Operational Risk Management (ORM) into restoration, schedule maintenance activities, and all planned projects, ensuring that all customers and users of services are included and involved in ORM implementation and planning. Incumbent is management's representative during non-administrative hours. Formulates and recommends Organizational positions on major Agency activities to senior managers. Technical decisions are considered authoritative in his/her area of expertise. Is considered a technical expert within the FAA for an assigned system or specialty area. Work directly supports the objectives of the agency and the safe and continual operation of the NAS. Contacts are both internal and external. Formulates and recommends organizational positions on major agency assignments to senior managers. Represents the FAA as a senior technical authority for major projects and programs.
Works independently. Has broad discretion to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and policies. Develops innovative approaches to attain organizational objectives and optimizes the use of resources. Identifies the resources needed to accomplish large works activities. Provides exert guidance and instruction to address diverse, complex issues that often cross multiple projects, programs, or functional areas. As the Regional Technology Specialist, you will:
Be an integral part of J&J MedTech Electrophysiology US Field Sales & Service group reporting to a New Technology Manager (NTM), and closely partnering with, the Regional Business Director (RBDs) and Territory Managers (TMs).
Under the general direction of the manager and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, you will focus on:
Assessing and increasing the clinical competency development for the assigned workgroup's field organization, and assessing team members' clinical skills, identifying internal or external resources to fill training gaps and monitor/track improvement to a level of certification and beyond.
Launching new technologies; and have accountability for achieving geographically aligned business objectives. Through this support, they will be a strategic partner to implement emerging education related to new technologies, organizational directives and to quantifiably improve their workgroup's level of clinical competence. The end result should be that Electrophysiology personnel are recognized as best in industry for their commercial, technical and clinical competencies and that new technology is introduced flawlessly.
May also be accountable to provide technical and clinical product support to Electrophysiology (EP) physicians and laboratory staff for electrophysiology diagnostic and therapeutic catheters and systems to enable practitioners to perform advanced cardiac ablation procedures.
Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with physicians & EP laboratory staff in order to identify and foster interest in new products or product indications to grow and develop the company's product and technology utilization.
Partner with Territory Managers, Field Service Engineers and Field Management to ensure alignment and coordination of activities to meet business objectives.
Work in coordination with the NTM and Global Education & Training team to accurately assess the clinical skills of assigned electrophysiology clinical team members and establish a prioritized clinical development plan leading to continual growth and business goal attainment.
Facilitate the development of the assigned electrophysiology clinical team members to meet the requirements of the certification and ongoing clinical development process.
Develop & execute a workgroup-wide certification plan that brings 100% of the group to the targeted level and accurately assesses the clinical skills of assigned per diem clinical support and manages them through the per diem certification process. Measure, and is accountable, to quantifiable learning and growth in their assigned workgroup.
Partner with Sales and Service leaders to execute content for emerging and targeted areas of growth. Partner with various stakeholders including Sales, Marketing and Global Education and Training to execute continual education of all sales and clinical field personnel.
Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP/IC Lab Staff on the effective use of electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment (e.g., The CARTO System and all appropriate software modules) during case procedures within an assigned geography, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals. Educate assigned customers on all electrophysiology products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service training. Share best practices to increase value for customers.
Use and coach aligned workgroups on consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within the account. Create awareness of electrophysiology solutions and facilitates Territory Manager (TM) and Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) contact with the key decision makers to drive incremental business.
Drive collaboration and maintains consistent, open lines of communication across the assigned responsibilities with the local team/Pod (i.e. TM and other CAS), as well as the support team (i.e. other EP/Ultrasound CAS, FSE, RBD/KAM) and other internal and external partners.
Develop and share best practices with US Field Sales and Service colleagues and internal partners.
Develop and grow mutually beneficial customer relationships within and beyond the EP/IC lab, including, but not limited to physicians, nurses and technicians, clinical and hospital administrators and staff.
Stay current on company products instructions for use (IFU), best practices and technical troubleshooting, as well as relevant scientific clinical literature and new product information.
Prioritize and appropriately respond to requests in a high-stress environment. Maintain composure and problem-solving focus during stressful interactions.
Engage in diagnostic dialogue with multiple internal and external business partners and stakeholders. Formulate solutions based on dialogue and input gained during session.
Respond daily to requests by email and voicemail from customers, practitioners and partners. Perform administrative work, including CAS Field Visit Letters, training summaries, account documentation, compliance training requirements, expense reporting, and Company system input.
As required, respond to requests for case support to customers for the operation and use of electrophysiology equipment. Set appointments, present clinical and technical information, and be present to ensure optimal equipment usage.

Qualifications
Experience: You qualify for the GS-09 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:

Education Substitution:
GS-9: Successful completion of a Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in any field, or a L.L.B. or J.D. from an accredited college or university may substitute for experience required at this level. This education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. Check with your school to determine how many credit hours comprise two years of graduate education. If that information is not available, use 36 semester or 54 quarter hours. You are required to submit proof of your claim.
GS-11: Successful completion of Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. from an accredited college or university may substitute for the experience required at this level. This education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. Check with your school to determine how many credits comprise three years of graduate education. If that information is not available, use 54 semester or 81 quarter hours. You are required to submit proof of your claim.
Combining Education and Experience: Combinations of successfully completed post-high school education and experience may be used to meet total qualification requirements for the grade levels specified in the table, and may be computed by first determining the applicant's total qualifying experience as a percentage of the experience required for the grade level; then determining the applicant's education as a percentage of the education required for the grade level; and then adding the two percentages. The total percentages must equal at least 100 percent to qualify an applicant for that grade level. Only graduate education in excess of the amount required for the next lower grade level may be used to qualify applicants for positions at grades GS-9 and GS-11. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). The PersMod program delivers sailor self-service and automation of high volume, routine transactions. This enables legacy system consolidation and development of interoperable capabilities, which can be leveraged across the portfolio of Navy personnel systems. The Helpdesk Analyst will help manage customer requests and provide solutions to the system issues that may arise.
The Analyst will provide:
Software support for Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS).
Customer assistance and problem resolution to a wide variety of customers across business areas.
Solutions to product or service-related questions.
Responses to non-routine customer calls, email and web inquires, providing a single point of contact for problem resolution.
Basic Qualifications:
HS Diploma
2+ years providing technical assistance and solutions in a technical call center or similar helpdesk position
Navy personnel systems experience desired; NSIPS software expertise highly desired
Secret clearance required

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Certified Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist (CDIS) to support inpatient and outpatient documentation integrity services for eligible beneficiaries at the Lt. Col. Luke Weathers, Jr. VA Medical Center in Memphis, TN.
This position plays a critical role in improving documentation quality, coding accuracy, and overall data integrity for veteran care. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, certified professionals with relevant clinical or medical records experience.
Duties Include:
Reviewing medical records to ensure accurate and complete clinical documentation.
Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and coding staff to clarify documentation and ensure proper coding.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of documentation standards, coding regulations, and CDI best practices.
Providing documentation updates and certification proof to the VA COR annually during the contract.
Minimum Qualifications:
Certified Medical Records Technician (MRT)
Certification required from at least one of the following:
AHIMA (e.g., RHIT, RHIA, CDIP)
AAPC
ACDIS
Minimum 2 years of CDIS experience preferred.
Must maintain all required continuing education for certification.
