Job Description:
Basic Knowledge of Network Devices such as Switches, Routers, Wireless Access Points preferably CISCO, Riverbed
• Basics knowledge / understanding of assigning switch ports to specific VLANs
• Patch phone ports to switch as needed
• Basic troubleshooting of Avaya VOIP phones (knowledge on basic configuration)
• Troubleshoot issues with fiber links between switches - Able to visualize errors and communicate to remote technical teams
• Troubleshoot and replace network switch chassis blades when required
• Good to have understanding of any Data Center Infrastructure Management Application

Job Details
This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket.
You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets.
You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls.
You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal.
Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls.
You will be responsible for contacting your customers and confirming a window to go onsite to complete the service.
Parts will be provided for you by the manufacturers. They are typically held at FedEx for you to pick up in the morning. You will be provided with shipping labels and materials to return the removed parts.

Your day-to-day

Provides excellent customer service to WSU Tech Students, Faculty, and Staff.
Assists students with connecting personal devices to the WSU Tech Wi-Fi network and connecting to WSU Tech IT services using the Student IT guide
Answers the Student IT Helpdesk phone number and call back students needing password resets or help with the Student IT guide
Provides the IT Department with suggestions on how to better serve students and improve the Student IT Guide
This role is a temporary internship and ideal for gaining short-term experience. It is not a permanent part-time job.

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Housing Integrated Care Specialist provides case management and related services to eligible participants in designated Residential Care Housing Programs. ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES':
Meet deadlines and ensures accuracy of various reports/paperwork, mileage sheets, and electronic timesheets.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of service provision. Completes progress notes in a manner that individualizes each note, reflecting appropriate interventions and progress towards goals.
Assist participants in setting individualized recovery goals by utilizing the strengths assessment process and update quarterly.
Complete treatment plan using goals identified from strength assessment and update quarterly.
Asist participants with achieving housing/education/employment/recovery goals by employing strategies derived from goal worksheets.
Ensure participants are able to meet ADL's by assisting, coaching and skill building around daily living, social skills and medication management skills.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Housing Integrated Care Specialist is expected to have a Bachelors degree in a human service field or four years of equivalent education and/or experience working in the human services field. Computer literacy required. Strong work ethic required. Ability to take direction. Preferred areas include knowledge of community resources, housing alternatives and vocational services; experience working in the community with individuals who have serious and persistent mental illness and substance use barriers; ability to write and communicate verbally in a clear and concise fashion; and the ability to develop and maintain rapport with clients, constituents and staff. Must have a valid driver's license, driving record in good standing, reliable personal transportation, and be able to safely operate and transport consumers using their own vehicle as required by the position. Proof of valid auto insurance is required. Approved mileage will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.

Term: Jaunary 12 - May 10 2026 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Position Type: Part Time Reports To: Campus Minister Pay: $12.00/hr, 4-8 hours per week The Worship Outreach Tech Coordinator position at Southwestern College is a part time position which carries responsibilities for providing tech support for Worship Outreach and weekly chapel. The Worship Outreach Tech Coordinator is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting audio-visual equipment to ensure seamless worship experience. This position reports to the Campus Minister.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
* Attend and assist with Worship Outreach tech rehearsals.
* Coordinate with Worship Outreach bands to meet AV needs.
* Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV (sound, lighting, projection, and broadcast) during weekly chapel services.
* Oversight of live broadcasting of weekly chapel
* Guide student chapel team members on the basic operation of audio-visual equipment as needed.
* Coordinate with the Campus Minister for tech equipment needs.
* Coordinate with RPAC staff and Director of Camps and Conference for RPAC needs.
* Attend and assist with tech for off campus outings as needed.
Required Qualifications & Special Skills
* Strong technical skills with the ability to operate a wide range of audio-visual equipment and related technology.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with students and staff members.

Job Details:
This is a 1099/per call position
Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.
Qualifications
Must have prior hands on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be comfortable with daily local travel

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides services in order to maintain required productivity/billing standard.
Meets deadlines and ensures accuracy of various reports/paperwork, mileage sheets, and timesheets.
Maintains accurate and timely documentation of service provision. Completes progress notes in a manner that individualizes each note, reflecting appropriate interventions and progress towards goals.
Submits required progress notes/billing information in a timely manner as per agency, MCO/Medicaid, and COMCARE guidelines and contracts. This includes providing service within established MCO caps for service types. Completion of OTRs is expected with any service overages due to consumer need.
Assists consumers in setting recovery goals in utilizing the strengths assessment process and update quarterly.
Completes treatment plan using goals identified from strength assessment and update quarterly.
Employs recovery strategies in working with consumer using the recovery goal worksheet & other evidence based practice tools.
Assists consumers to set and achieve educational/employment goals and independent living.
Ensures consumers are able to meet ADL's.
Meets with consumers to assist and provide interventions necessary to meet identified goals and work toward recovery and reintegration.
Monitors status of consumers and provides level of personal and other supports consistent with consumer status. Notifies physician and Director &/or Coordinator, Team Lead of case management of change in consumer status.
Coordinates other services required to meet identified goals based on the needs of the consumers and congruent with the consumer's level of functioning.
Monitors progress of other services on an ongoing basis to evaluate effectiveness of service and providing revision as necessary with documentation on progress notes.
Assists consumers to access/maintain all available entitlements including SSI, SSDI, food stamps, medical cards and others.
Assists consumers with crisis situations, accessing crisis supports and/or in developing a crisis plan.
