Collaborating with other members of the team, including dispatch, project managers, engineers, and other technicians, to ensure seamless delivery of support services. Managing and maintaining inventory of spare parts and equipment, providing accurate and timely updates to clients and management regarding the status of technical issues, while adhering to safety and quality procedures at all times. Requirements: Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in IT support (printers, HP servers, data centers, and enterprise-level projects). Willingness to commute long distances between customer sites and must have a valid driver's license. Experience in technical support or a similar role, with experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
