One of TEKsystems clients is looking for multiple qualified candidates to support their IT department's Desktop Support team. Previous Helpdesk or Desktop Support or PC Technician experience is preferred. IT certifications are desirable for this role. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supported IT systems for business and production plant manufacturing operations.
* Coordinated tasks with 2nd and 3rd level IT support and remote technicians, troubleshooting issues affecting servers and the plant wireless and wired ethernet networks.
* Used a Servicenow helpdesk application to manage IT support tickets to configure applications and repair hardware problems for user PCs, devices and applications.
