Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world.
The IT Support is responsible for the day-to-day computer operations, printers, access doors, and mobile devices of the company.
Salary: Our salary range for this position is based on the market data, $18 to $25 per hour (the offer depends on the experience).
Key responsibilities:
+ Manage the deployed company client computers/laptops and mobile devices
+ Manage hardware and software tools
+ Administer SharePoint, Email, and Web servers

+ Conduct physical inventory of IT hardware and software assets

Job Summary
To support the day to day Commercial operation of the business and be responsible for the administration and activities associated with customer enquiries, the return of quotations, order receipt and management though to invoice clearance and overdue debt reduction.
Job Responsibilities
+ Process and support the company order book to reflect the customer purchase order requirements in a timely and professional manner.
+ Facilitate the invoicing process and be responsible for overdue debt clearance (including direct liaison and management of overdue debt resolution with customers.
+ Executes the agreed actions for improvements/ recoveries on claims and disputes including actions to align customer scorecards, in close collaboration with the responsible disciplines.
+ Co-ordination of Commercial communication to and from internal and external customers.
+ Ability to integrate with internal processes and departments to highlight commercial issues to the program.
+ Support the interface with the business to highlight contractual obligations to its customers in order to avoid breach of such obligations.
+ To support customer / change negotiations and implementation including analysis of data and pricing.
+ Establishing and controlling robust document management in the IPT and towards/ from the customer.
Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
+ Associate's degree in Business or Finance.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Ability to read, analyze, interpret contracts, comparison of contracts to purchase orders and ability to recognize potential problem-areas.
+ Demonstrated organizational skills, good customer relations skills, ability to multi task, and a demonstrated team player.
+ Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
+ Project management experience running multi-disciplinary teams under challenging time constraints
+ High attention to detail an accuracy and structured way of working.
+ Highly self-motivated and self-supportive.
+ Experience with aerospace and/or aircraft machined and assembled components
+ Basic understanding of accounting
+ Ability to compile an Executive presentation and present to a group of people
