In this role you will be primary customer interface for IT support and systems administration of a local and virtual networks; work with various systems/technologies. The FSR will be assigned a home location but will be scheduled to visit other client sites within the region to provide multiple disciplines (fax, print, mail, reception and other duties, as assigned). Monitor inventory of copy supplies, stock paper and toner and keep supply area neat (inclusive of convenience copiers). * Handle items for distribution to a segment of or all of client employees, affiliates, dealers, etc. * Estimate runtime on the small to medium photocopy jobs. Check all copies produced for quality and accuracy. Produce bound copies of work when requested. Deliver and pick up copy jobs. * May provide minor maintenance of photocopy machine such as solving paper jams, placing service calls and routine cleanings. * Operate facsimile machines; send and receive facsimiles. Keep complete and accurate logs of incoming and outgoing facsimiles. Where appropriate, generate activity and confirmation reports, and call the receiver to confirm receipt as necessary. * Perform other administrative duties from inserting, copying and photocopying to faxing as needed. * Due to changing technology in office automation, will be required to learn new features and functionalities of copying machines, faxes, scanning, shipping equipment as introduced at the site. May possibly perform any of the following functions at the direction of the Site Manager: * Set up and maintain client's kitchen areas and conference rooms, order food and make coffee. * Provide reception work such as answering telephones, taking messages and greeting visitors. * Move boxes, supplies or furniture; replace light bulbs. * May be requested to perform document scanning. * Prepare outgoing items for shipping. * Additional responsibilities that other employees at that site do not perform. May prepare reports in order to measure productivity and prepare billing charges. Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides IT support (including cloning, installing, modifying and repairing) of existing hardware, software, network configurations and new system initiatives directly to end-users over the phone, through email, or on-site at OCR locations. Assists with user account creation, modification, and termination for IT network and applications. Inventories and maintains OCR spare computer equipment (printers, scanners, smartphones, tablets, etc.) Assists with IT equipment and license asset management (inventory, tracking, moving, disposition). Confers with IT staff to establish and maintain requirements for new systems or modifications. Tests compatibility of new applications with operating system upgrades and existing applications. Manages the day-to-day operations of the information systems infrastructure including the Helpdesk ticketing system and software requests (adding/terminating users, assigning rights and access, resetting passwords, and maintaining the system directory) and troubleshooting. Researches technical documents, confer with users, and conducts computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems and to provide technical assistance and support. Creates and maintains IT documentation and technical knowledgebase. Provides technical support to physicians, management and staff. Oversees the daily performance of computer systems to maintain service and/or identify and correct core problems. Monitors and maintains appropriate patching levels of operating systems and applications. Maintains adherence to OCR IT policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Associate's degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, or related field, required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Two years experience with Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office suites. Experience with software maintenance and testing. Additional education may be substituted for experience.
