Job Summary The Helpdesk Technician serves as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical support and is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service for company-supported computer applications and platforms. Assist in updating training materials and provide user training as needed. Support IT projects, prepare reports, and collaborate with vendors on upgrades and maintenance. Monitor and report recurring issues to management; stay current with system updates and industry trends. Maintain accurate inventory of desktop and printing equipment.
