Role Overview:
The Customer Service Representative is the front line of ASC, responsible for ensuring every customer receives timely, professional, and accurate support. Qualifications:

The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $31,000.00 and $46,000.00 per year. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-4 calls per day in this territory
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties
Handles customer inquiries which requires knowledge of the tax laws and departmental policies and procedures. In addition, knowledge of the LDOR information system (DELTA), LDOR filing and payment applications, and LDOR's website would be a plus.
Conducts detailed analysis of accounts for which returns have been processed, including researching the history on the taxpayer's account to provide accurate information and instructions.
Reviews original and amended tax returns to ensure changes are in compliance with the current tax laws. Corrects returns that are not in compliance and notifies the taxpayer.
Calculates correct taxes, penalty, interest, and fees due based on applicable knowledge of the specific tax.

At TAS Environmental Services, LP, the Technician will assist in the day-to-day operations to include emergency response, cleaning of equipment, inventory of supplies and assets, and industrial tank cleaning. Requirements:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling various products, hazardous and non-hazardous materials
Performing industrial work and biohazard cleanups
Staging, profiling, and processing for disposal hazardous and non-hazardous waste
Assist in the removal of soil, debris and other materials, and cleaning up spill sites
Operate and clean equipment.
Maintaining logs of working hours in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
Up to 25% travel as needed - location may differ
Other duties as assigned

This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing at times

May occasionally deal with heights
Ability to wear Personal Equipment, including Respiratory Protection
Consists of both office setting and physical jobsite
Able to work in confined spaces when needed
Education and Experience:
HAZWOPER and Confined Space certifications preferred
Ability to read, write and do mathematics
Class C (Texas) or equivalent required
Level 1 Technicians will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining several certifications while employed including:
HAZWOPER 40
OSHA 10 and 30
MSHA(Mine Safety and Health Administration) Certification
CSE/R(Confined Space Entry/Rescue) Certification
CPR Certification
H2S Certification
First Aid Certification
