You will be responsible for contacting your customers and confirming a window to go onsite to complete the service. Parts will be provided for you by the manufacturers. As an IT Intern with Community First Credit Union, you will: Learn and develop skills in information technology to include networking of computers, delivery, or development of applications, as well as best practices in managing technology Develop skills needed to effectively communicate with IT professionals who specialize in infrastructure, systems, and applications Assist staff in performing system maintenance functions Participate in IT Asset Lifecycle Management replacing desktop equipment monthly Assist in hardware and software troubleshooting Perform special projects as needed and determined by the manager Develop planning, organizational and time management skills Develop interpersonal skills in order to communicate with employees and business contacts through follow up calls We are looking for a combination of: Actively pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Strong technical, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills The ability to change priorities, stay organized, and have fun Passion for providing outstanding service to employees
