🔍 About the Role
As a Fellow Technical Advisor, you will serve as a trusted senior advisor and subject matter expert supporting high-visibility DOE/NNSA nuclear programs at the Savannah River Site. You will influence project execution, leadership performance, and regulatory success across complex, mission-critical nuclear facilities.
This role supports plutonium, SRTE, and other high-hazard nuclear projects, working directly with senior SRNS and DOE/NNSA leadership.
💡 What You'll Do
Provide expert advisory support in project execution, planning, scheduling, estimating, and strategic planning
Mentor project managers, project controls, and senior leaders in:
DOE O 413.3B implementation
EVMS best practices and certification
Independent Project Reviews (IPRs) & Annual Project Reviews (APRs)
Lead or participate in major project reviews, including:
Contractor red/green team reviews
IPRs, APRs, ICEs
Preliminary/final design and CD-3x packages
Advise leadership on integrated team structures, mission objectives, and performance evaluation
Provide consultation on nuclear facility operations, including multi-shift operations, radiological operations, and waste management
Develop and deliver training programs for project management and project controls personnel
Prepare executive-level briefings and assessments

Bachelor's degree (technical discipline) + 30 years experience
Experience Must Include:

Job Details
This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket.
You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets.
You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls.
You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal.
Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls.
You will be responsible for contacting your customers and confirming a window to go onsite to complete the service.

The selected Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cyber Security intern assist with various projects related to SRMC's IT or Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure, such as servers, networks, applications, etc. The selected intern will support:
• Conducting risk assessment and vulnerability analysis using tools like Nessus, etc.
• Performing field validation and supporting penetration testing results.
• Running system scans and generating reports using tools like Nessus, Splunk, Microsoft Defender to include artificial intelligence (AI) machine learning, etc.

Additional Information:

Job Description
ProSidian Seeks a Costpoint Implementation Support Analyst - Information Technology (Time and Materials | Non-Exempt) to support an engagement for a liquid waste contractor (Savannah River Remediation [SRR]) at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC, which is owned by the U.S. Department of Energy.
This service supports Environmental Management Sector Clients and ProSidian Team Members (# FTe's: 1) work as part of a Engagement Team Cadre (Labor Category 14073) to fulfil T&M - Time and Materials (T&M) requirements.
Provides technical support for the implementation of the Deltek Costpoint, Time and Expense and Cobra implementation project.
Costpoint Implementation Support Analyst - Information Technology Candidates shall work to support requirements for Technical General Support Services (GSSC) related to NAICS: 541690 - Environmental Consulting Services, NAICS: 541690 - Scientific and Technical Consulting Services - Energy, and NAICS: 591690 - Professional Scientific Technical Consulting Services and
1. Provide computing technical support by developing, documenting, and testing data migration routines, Costpoint and Time and Expense extensions, and interfaces between Costpoint, Time and Expense and SRS site data sources as required.
2. Develop reports utilizing Costpoint and Time and Expense data in several technical computing reporting tools as required.
3. Interact with other SRR Costpoint and Time and Expense implementation project team members. Members will include SRR, SRNS, Deltek, and other subcontract personnel.

Qualifications
The Costpoint Implementation Support Analyst - Information Technology shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.
Analyst must demonstrate proficiency in application development, data migration and interface development capabilities by producing requirements and design documents and working, tested modules that meet the requirements.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, feel objects, and type on keyboard; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will have a cubical exposed to normal noise level in the work environment. Bachelor Science degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ten or more years of computer application development experience, including requirements gathering, design development, code development, documentation and training. A 40 hour work week schedule as anticipated for this position. ITS is presently using the 9/80s AA schedule (9 hours/day, five days a week, Monday - Thursday and 8 hours on Friday, followed by a 9 hour/day, 4 day work week, Monday - Thursday, off Friday).
Work week excludes WSRC holidays. Each work day has a 30-minute lunch.
Overtime may be required because of the compressed project schedule. Standard Facilities Access required but a security clearance is not currently required for this position
