Desktop Support provides exceptional troubleshooting and customer service to all business partners. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user service requests and Incidents. Desktop Support must have a passion for helping people and solving problems. Duties and Functions
* Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems.
* Maintain par levels for IT equipment and supplies and notify Director when ordering is needed.
* The Service Desk Engineer must also demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, as the role may require working nights and weekends to meet business needs.
* Field incoming help requests from end users via both telephone and e-mail in a courteous manner.
* Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or issue.
* Build rapport and elicit problem details from help desk customers.
* Prioritize and schedule problems. Escalate problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced technician.
* Record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution.
* Apply diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.
* Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Internet to aid in problem resolution.
* Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
* Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications.
* Performing preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripherals.
* Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help requests.
* Develop help sheets and frequently asked questions lists for end users.
* Assists end users with familiarity with corporate Intune/autopilot process.

Reviews the cleanliness and organization of the Midway games. Ensures all games are clean and unobstructed.
Properly positions and set up displays to increase Guest traffic and promote sales.
Assists in daily maintenance and organization of tech room and storage areas.
Efficiently and safely performs daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly game maintenance as directed by management.
Assists with general store maintenance as directed by management.
Assists other Team Members as needed.
Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company Team Members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum Team Member morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness.
Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.
