Participate in planning, documentation, and execution of IT projects across multiple supported agencies. Collaborate with other technicians and management to ensure service levels and customer satisfaction goals are met. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on technical support or field technician experience. Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, imaging tools, and deployment processes. Familiarity with Active Directory and basic network troubleshooting. Experience in an MSP environment or supporting multiple organizations preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong documentation and organizational abilities. Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current insurance (mileage reimbursed). Preferred Skills Experience with ticketing systems and remote monitoring tools (RMM/PSA). Basic understanding of networking (DHCP, DNS, IP addressing).
