TEAM UP WITH US! The PC Support Tech II is responsible for providing support for all PC hardware and software help calls for all supported Warren companies. This is a 1099/per call position
Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Position Overview
AST SpaceMobile is currently seeking a skilled Information Technology (IT) Technician to support end users, maintain enterprise hardware and software systems, and contribute to the reliability and efficiency of IT operations. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who excels in troubleshooting, customer service, and adapting quickly in a growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end users for workstations, servers, and mobile devices (hardware and software).
Support and maintain Office 365 applications for users.
Prepare, deploy, and ship new hardware to remote sites and end users.
Assist with deployment of on-premises hardware including routers, switches, Ethernet cabling, servers, workstations, monitors, and printers.
Manage user accounts in on-premises Active Directory and cloud-based identity providers (Azure AD, LastPass).
Perform software installations, patches, and upgrades to maintain system security and integrity.
Troubleshoot issues to isolate and diagnose common hardware and software problems.
Create and maintain accurate systems documentation.
Escalate complex issues to subject matter experts when required.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
IT-related certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, VMware) are a plus.
Experience:
A minimum of 2+ years in desktop support, help desk, or customer support roles.
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office in a technical support capacity.
Hands-on experience with hardware maintenance including racking servers, deploying workstations, and setting up peripheral devices.
General knowledge of networking fundamentals (OSI model, TCP/IP, protocols, routing, firewalls).
Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Flexibility to participate in on-call rotations as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, VMware.
Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware).
Familiarity with cloud IaaS platforms (AWS or Azure).
Experience with Cisco Meraki network infrastructure.
Experience supporting mac OS, iOS, and Android devices.

Job Summary:
Tower Support Technician (ST3) will work as part of a four-person construction crew or a two-person maintenance team. The ST3 will be responsible for performing various construction and maintenance tasks of communications equipment on vertical assets at elevated heights. ST3 will be assigned to a crew/team and deploy for 6-8 week rotations depending on workload.
Construction tasks include:
Installing cellular and microwave antenna systems at elevated heights.
Terminating, testing, and routing fiber, coaxial, data, and power cables.
Aligning and optimization of antennas.
Removing end of life equipment from vertical assets.
Maintenance tasks include:
Troubleshooting communications systems.
Testing and repairing or replacing fiber, coaxial, data and power cables.
Replacing communication system components.

Site surveys and inspections.
Qualifications:
Availability to travel nationwide 100%.
Availability to work outside normal business hours (i.e., shift work), to include nights and weekends, as needed.
Must be punctual and reliable.
Possess a valid and current driver's license and be approved to operate a company vehicle.
Successfully complete a pre-employment, post-offer drug test and adhere to Future Technologies and customer substance use prevention policies.
