Strong skills with Microsoft Office and experience with document management systems, such as NetDocuments. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and hands-on troubleshooting for hardware and software. Experience supporting network printers, copiers, and multifunction devices. Knowledge of iOS devices and mobile device management (MDM) tools is a plus. Ability to provide clear guidance and basic training to end-users. Industry certifications such as CCENT, CCNA, VCA, VCP, GICSP (preferred). Strong understanding of ISA, ANSI, NEMA, NEC, NIST standards (preferred). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Travel Requirements: 50% - 75% travel to meet clients and oversee implementations.
