The application is SiteTracker, which is built on the SalesForce platform. The Application Specialist will be a key contributor in the design, configuration, and rollout of this critical new system. They will build and enhance the platform for ensuring our manager's success, work with key stakeholders to enhance the system, and drive adoption. This role will involve requirements gathering, process design and improvement, automation, and integration, and troubleshooting technical issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acts as the primary administrator for the SiteTracker application. Learn, analyze, troubleshoot, and engage vendor support as needed to maintain day-to-day operation of the system. Configure and customize SiteTracker to meet the specific needs and workflows of different departments and users, including forms, reports, workflows, and dashboards.
Together with the Director of IT, collaborate with multiple functional leads on requirements gathering, design, and implementation of new solutions or reports in the system in response to changing business needs.
Work in project teams to support the upgrade of current systems and implementation of new software.
Leverage integration tools and SiteTracker features to transfer data in and out of the system. Find innovative uses for the data available from other company applications and how it might be useful in the system.
Provide guidance in the use of the SiteTracker system for manager success. Provide subject matter expertise to IT Services management and others. Create internal and external documentation as needed.
Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of the functionality provided by SiteTracker and SalesForce and best practices established in the user community. Keep abreast of technology trends and colleague organizations in areas affecting their applications. This might include participation in online communities, meetings, and training opportunities.
Learn and provide backup coverage for the Director of IT in other areas as assigned.
Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the Director.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or High School diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience with SiteTracker or SalesForce. If degreed, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience with application administration and concepts, including client-server architecture, database structures, and user accounts and permissions.
Experience with data extraction and integration, including SQL and RESTful APIs.
Ability to evaluate business processes and technical functionality to establish and communicate best practices to an application's user groups.
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
The ability to maintain an effective working relationship with a diverse group of colleagues and end users.
The ability to manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment,
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and related tools.
Other IT background, knowledge and experience is a plus.

Donor Support Technician (West Toledo location)
Technical Support Specialist Job In Toledo, OH
Main Responsibilities 1. Prepares the auto pheresis machine for the pheresis process. 2. Monitors the donor and the pheresis process, responds to specific alarms or signals that may occur during the process. 3. Disconnects the donor when the process is complete.
4. Maintains alertness and awareness to any reaction donor may have during or after the pheresis process and notifies appropriate staff.
5. Uses Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) to record incidents that occur during the pheresis process, such as machine alerts and alarms, volume variances and donor adverse events.
6. Uses PDA to link equipment and soft goods used in the pheresis process to the appropriate donor.
7. Alerts Group Leader or Supervisor of donor flow issues.
8. Ensures the accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
9. Understands the policies and procedures associated with hyper immune programs at the center if applicable.
10. Maintains clean efficient work environment, and ensures sufficient operating supplies and forms are available as needed. Follows all Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures. Promotes safety in all actions.
11. Maintains confidentiality of all personnel, donor and center information.
12. May be cross-trained in other areas to meet the needs of the business.
13. Bilingual skills may be required, at the discretion of the organization, to meet the needs of the business.
14. Perform job-related duties as assigned.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
Minimum of three (3) months' work experience, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be able to perform basic math calculations
