As a Technology Support III team member in the Corporate Sector's Employee Platform, you will ensure the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement as you troubleshoot, maintain, identify, escalate, and resolve production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems, leading to a seamless user experience. **Job responsibilities** + Provides end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery to enable successful business operations of the firm + Manage and maintain Wintel servers, SQL databases, Oracle databases, and NAS devices. + Manage Distributed File System (DFS) health, performance, and namespace changes + Support user data migration (on-prem, cloud, Distributed File System, Network Attached Storage + Provide resiliency event support (failover procedures) + Apply load balancer knowledge for file services + Incident management: Handle, resolve, and document incidents + Participate in on-call rotation for operational support + Wintel, DFS, NAS, load balancing, cloud storage (1Drive) + Day-to-day operational support and documentation **Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services + Proficiency in Windows Management including Wintel (Windows Server/Client) expertise required + Excellent knowledge of Windows File Services + Knowledge of Storage Solutions including Home Drive & Shared Drive, Network Attached Storage (NAS) on-premises storage integration and management, 1Drive Cloud storage integration and Distributed File System (DFS) + Proficiency in Permissions Management including Centralized, granular control of file/folder permissions and auditing and reporting capabilities + Proficiency in NAS Team Collaboration including coordinating for storage provisioning and troubleshooting + Experience in permissions management and monitoring, optimizing and load balancing the performance + Experience in incident management, high availability, disaster recovery, and regular failover testing + Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, version control, and automated testing. + Experience in effectively communicating with vendors **Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting + Working understanding of public cloud JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
