Documentation & Inventory: Maintain accurate records of hardware deployments and moves. Update asset inventory as devices are imaged or relocated. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Windows 10/11 environments. Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, connectivity troubleshooting). Strong customer service and communication skills.
