Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Essential Functions
Customer Support: Respond to technical inquiries via calls, emails, and help desk tickets, documenting and tracking resolutions Advanced Software Configuration & Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve application bugs, user errors, and integration issues between legacy systems and modern platforms using diagnostic tools SCCM /Intune Administration: Deploy, update, and configure applications across remote and enterprise environments while enforcing security and compliance policies Automation & Process Optimization: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to streamline software deployment, patch management, and compliance reporting User Training & Assistance: Conduct software evaluations, user acceptance testing, and provide training to stakeholders, ensuring optimal system adoption Collaboration with CISO : Align software support processes with security and compliance policies while assisting in risk assessments and incident response initiatives Software Deployment & Performance Testing: Assess new or updated software for security, compatibility, and integration capabilities through sandbox and pilot environments Other Duties: Perform additional software-related support and administrative tasks as required

Primary Responsibilities
Provides installation, testing and maintenance of network cabling and infrastructure
Provides installation and maintenance of Access Control System wiring and locking mechanisms
Provides support for all facilities in the Midland / Odessa area
Assist with deployment of on-premises cabling infrastructure as needed and install hardware such as conference room setups, switches, Ethernet cabling, cameras and Access points
Performs troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose communications issues related to cabling and or infrastructure components or locking mechanisms.
Creates and maintains appropriate documentation of cabling infrastructure.
Supports efforts with the facilities maintenance team as time and availability permits
Escalates complex issues to subject matter experts as appropriate.
