WHAT YOU'LL DO We are seeking a strong candidate to fill a Specialist role for our Global Marketing team. The primary responsibility of the IT Engineering Senior Specialist is to work together with the Marketing & business team to achieve the highest level of support, quality, and fitness of BCG's marketing technology assets. This role involves providing hands-on execution of escalated support incidents for our Dynamics CRM platform and its other supporting applications & integrations. The role will also work closely with our data steward teams, development by implementing tool enhancements and processes within the portfolio of services the Global Marketing IT team supports.

Provide friendly and personable support to global, local / PA marketers and business teams by answering queries, providing resolution, and managing expectations.

Provide troubleshooting solutions for the Dynamics CRM platform & related applications issues that affect usage. Reproduce issues in-house and respond to stakeholders in a timely manner.

Analyze complex functional and technical user issues, identify problems, and develop and implement logical conclusions and effective solutions

Assist in covering of system administrative tasks across Dynamics CRM, Power Platform & related applications.
Engage with key IT teams outside of the Global Marketing team. Assist the Dynamics CRM technical team in opening and working on support issues with our Dynamics CRM and related application vendors. Create and maintain system administration documentation (knowledge base) and execute trainings, as needed, and collaborate on identifying platform enhancements. Participate in user acceptance testing and quality assurance processes for new releases of the Dynamics CRM platform & related applications.

Leidos has an opportunity for a IT Systems Engineer to support RPA operations at a U.S Air Force technologically advanced facility at Cannon AFB New Mexico.

The IT Systems Engineer is responsible for overall Systems accountability and operations onsite and daily support for multiple classified enclaves within the Remote Piloted Aircraft operations center located at Cannon AFB NM.
Responsibilities
Technical design planning for system hardware and software, network design, development and integration of changes into the current architecture.Writing and completing test procedures and completing verification and validation events with the accreditation team prior to fielding.Participate in configuration change steps to evaluate cost, risk, and supportability as part of the solution evaluation process. Building and deploying both virtual and none-virtual servers, and computers, managing multiple classified enclaves within the facility, and also troubleshooting advanced problems as changes, upgrades and patches are deployed. Candidate must be able to work independently on larger, complex projects as the senior technical lead on entire projects and training of junior technical staff when implemented changes require detailed training.

Required Qualifications:
Requires BS degree and 4 - 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2-6 years of prior relevant experience. (Experience will be considered in lieu of degrees) Must have detailed understanding of department of defense standards for patching and working within the SOCOM IT environment.Must understand SCCM and experience troubleshooting group policy changes from an enterprise.Must have experience deploying Server 2016 and Windows 10Experience managing Citrix or VMWare virtual environments is Highly desirable Excellent communication skills in team environments and superior customer service skills are mandatory.Must be able to work independently Must have a DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance
