When multiple KRC Instructors are used in a given course, the Lead Instructor will clearly delineate the specific area(s) of responsibility for each person. The Lead Technical Trainer will be responsible for all logistical requirements, including the necessity to have support personnel in place at a given time, with all required tools and consumables. Ensures vendors and subcontractors maintain quality requirements by closely observing vendor classroom activities. Delivers KRC training classes including familiarization, FRA requirements, subsystem integration and interface. Provides consistent point-of-contact between KRC, vendors and the Authority. Writes letters to KHI, vendors and Authorities as directed. Coordinates Training classes at Authority sites. Verifies proper documentation and equipment are available at the site.
