What You'll Need: * 2-5 years of experience in a technical writer, product manager, engineering, or field support engineering role. * Technical or engineering background, or BS/BA with equivalent work experience. * Strong understanding of Technical Writing principles that you can demonstrate through past writing samples. * You bring a "startup mentality" to the table, proactively tackling challenges and seeking solutions collaboratively. * You know how to talk to research engineers, manufacturing technicians, and applications engineers to get the info you need and translate it into clear, concise documentation. * You are comfortable talking to and questioning people in all parts of the organization at all levels. * Basic understanding of content development cycles and documentation best practices. * Ability to break down technical concepts so anyone can grasp them. * Comfort with shifting priorities, quick changes, and rapid response. * Ability to manage competing demands and convey changes in priorities and expected delivery schedule to managers and partner teams. * An interest in technical and scientific fields including electronics, electrical engineering, chemistry, additive manufacturing, and materials science. * A growth mindset, where you are interested in learning about the technology and in expanding your skillset. * A first-principles mindset - you question assumptions, reframe problems from the ground up, and approach challenges with a foundational understanding rather than relying solely on precedent.
