The Opportunity As part of the Business Analysis team you are expected to apply analytical skills working with business and product owners to develop requirements and user stories stemming from product roadmaps. As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. Additionally, you are expected to perform various phases of applications systems analysis and possess business requirements understanding to translate them into relevant deliverables. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
