What You Will Be Doing: As a Technical Writer on the Manufacturing Engineering team, you will help elevate documentation to a core discipline within manufacturing engineering. You'll work cross-functionally to research processes, gather complex technical details, and produce clear, precise, and accessible documentation that supports production excellence. Your expertise will improve operations, enhance standardization, and ensure long-term knowledge retention across the organization. You will report directly to the Production Manager of Cap Manufacturing at our Everett, WA facility.
