MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field;
Three (3) years of work experience in analytics, systems development or project management.
Equivalency: Any equivalent combination of education, related work experience, or training in business systems analytics and/or systems development. The City assesses one (1) year of full-time job relevant job experience as equivalent to one (1) year of education.
Licenses and Certifications

**Responsiblities**
MSTS is seeking an experienced Technical Writer and Editor to support Engineers, Scientists, and Management with the writing and editing of technical documents associated with diagnostic equipment used in subcritical experiments (SCEs) conducted at the Principal Underground Laboratory for Subcritical Experiments (PULSE) facility. Data Collection and Research
