* Design, develop, and maintain secure data and API integrations between third-party platforms, Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems, analytics tools, and agency databases to enable seamless interoperability and data synchronization.
* Collaborate with IT governance bodies, vendor support teams, and agency stakeholders to resolve system and integration issues promptly, ensuring operational continuity and minimizing service disruptions.
