Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business departments
Identify and analyze data needs and process gaps
Propose AI solutions to enhance business processes
Collaborate with teams to implement AI-driven solutions
Track progress of AI initiatives and provide updates
Proactively engage with departments to identify improvement areas
Conduct regular meetings with department teams
Facilitate communication between onsite teams and the central office
Ensure solutions align with company objectives
Maintain detailed records of project progress and outcomes
Required Qualifications & Experience:
2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience in the Oil & Gas industry with a solid understanding of Upstream Oil & Gas processes.
Strong understanding of data analysis and AI solutions
Basic knowledge of SQL
Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
Experience with process optimization using AI
Proficiency in SQL
