Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent experience); 2- or 4-year degree or 2-4 years of related experience/training acceptable.
Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in labels or similar industries.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Math skills (including Algebra) and knowledge of printing/converting materials and technologies.
Excellent communication and training skills; ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to travel for internal and customer visits and trials.
Other Considerations:
Occasional lifting of rolls/samples up to 40-45 lbs.
Work around coating and slitting equipment; safety shoes may be required.

Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Here is how the M&I Technician role will impact our business:
The M&I Technician will perform routine work assignments relating to commissioning, measurement, I&E, and support of all gathering/processing communication systems. This includes assisting in the construction, maintenance, repair and calibration of measurement equipment such as flow computers, transmitters, chromatographs, regulators, and control valves.
The M&I Technician responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide field support of instrumentation (flow, temperature, pressure), controls (RTU and PLC), communications network (radio, cell modem), and electrical equipment (480 VAC/3 phase and below)
Provide technical support to and work closely with Measurement/M&I technicians for successful measurement and export of necessary SCADA data from all Midstream assets

Build RTU, radio, and device configurations for newly installed facilities
Monitor and manage overall health of SCADA system including system consistency, communication, performance, data relevance, and overall user support

Safely perform duties to include, but not limited to, install, configure, test, calibrate, operate, troubleshoot, maintain and inspect transmitters, pressure and level controllers
Troubleshoot and repair analyzers, AC motor starters, VFD's, control circuits, and PLC operations
Responsible for installation and maintenance of electrical, electronic and pneumatic components on compressor units, generator control panels & units, pump units, ignition systems and air fuel ration systems
Identify and analyze failures, indicate underlying issues and as needed, perform Root Cause Failure analysis

Assists in the management of pipeline/facility balancing including audits that impact company earnings; track results, provide process and implement methods to recover lost revenue from measurement discrepancies/lost and accounted for
Responsible for the installation, calibration, and repair of measurement equipment

Entry level sales, customer service background essential
One (1) year of Military, delivery driver with sales component or health care technician experience would be
considered related experience and preferred.
Senior level requires two (2) years of work-related experience and one (1) year of exact job experience.
Valid and unrestricted driver's license in the state of residence
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Must be able to stretch, bend, stoop and crouch and perform moderate to heavy physical labor while moving equipment and supplies.
Subject to long periods of sitting and driving.
Work environment may be stressful at times, as overall work activities and work levels fluctuate.
May be exposed to unsanitary conditions in some home settings.
May be exposed to hazardous materials, loud noise, extreme heat/cold, direct, or indirect contact with airborne, bloodborne, and/or other potentially infectious pathogen.
May be exposed to high crime areas within the service community.
Must be able to drive independently and travel as needed.
May be exposed to angry or irate customers.
Must be able to access the patient's residence without assistance.
Mental alertness to perform the essential functions of position.
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with customers with the ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, courtesy, and respect for privacy.

How YOU Will Make an Impact
* Installation of Geotab or other comparable units in company/leased tractors. May at times require travel.
* Installation of Netradyne or other comparable units in company tractors.
* Prep company equipment for use (Trucks/Cars/etc.)
* Manage company car fleet by assigning for usage, tracking, and periodic maintenance.
* Maintain list of authorized users of company vehicles including valid credentials.
* Installation of tracking devices in company car fleet.
* Monitor company car fleet activity and safe operation
* Identify inoperable equipment technology devices and conduct troubleshooting to correct the problem
* Run and maintain all reports assigned by supervisor to aid in the management of installed technology.
* Manage inventory and cost controls of equipment technology devices.
* Organize and prioritize workload to maximize efficiency and quality of work.
* Ensure that all activity in area of responsibility is conducted in accordance with the Company's safety program and all related procedures and practices.
* Explores, documents and recommends to management new methods and/or systems which when implemented would improve performance in area of responsibility.
* Ship/Deliver necessary equipment to satellite locations (internal and external).
What YOU Need to Succeed
* Knowledge of vehicles and maintenance background with skills to install equipment technology devices
* Electric and basic mechanicals
* Experience with internet dashboards
* Experience with Email and Microsoft (Work and Excel)
* Customer Service, Detailed Oriented, and Sense of Urgency Mentality
* Must have attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
