This is a Computer Field Technician Position doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. You must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware. As part of your onboarding, you will be certified in Dell and Lenovo. All certifications are free to you. Job Details This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket. You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets. You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls. You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal. Tickets are run Monday through Friday. JOB FUNCTION: As an Electrical Technician, you will play a key role in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. Your expertise in electrical work, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will ensure the reliability and functionality of our electrical systems . RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete electrical installs from start to finish, from individual circuits to remodels and complex projects, including low voltage wiring. Complies state and local Electrical industry regulations and guidelines Respond to calls both during working hours and after working hours. Troubleshoot and repair electrical control systems Conduct routine maintenance of electrical systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure reliability. Properly handle and store tools, equipment, and materials. Other duties as assigned BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent Must possess a valid Driver's License Electrical Technician related education preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast paced environment Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities Basic office computer skills Must be able to read blueprints and schematics.
