This is a Computer Field Technician Position doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. You must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware. As part of your onboarding, you will be certified in Dell and Lenovo. All certifications are free to you. Job Details This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket. You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets. You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls. You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal. Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls. And so, I graduated and started my career as an owner dentist. Though there was an issue - student loans. I don't know how much you have, but I had some crazy amount like $550,000. Not only that, but my wife had about $500,000 as well (she's also a dentist). But that's not the scary part. The scary part is the interest. I was in the IBR program where you pay like the absolute minimum. And that's when it hit me. While I was paying the minimum, my principal balance kept going up. I did this for about 3 years without truly knowing what was going on. So yeah, I was making money and invested into real estate, but decided to just pay off over a million dollars in student loans. The point I'm trying to make is that being an associate dentist isn't what it used to be. Associates have student loans they have to pay (probably the biggest one), car loans, rent / mortgage, family, life, and the cycle goes on and on. And that's precisely why I'm trying to let as many associate docs know the value of ownership and opportunity cost. Though we averaged a little over 5 mil for our practices, the top owner doc produced $8,864,788 for the year of 2024. I guess he was impressed by the system, so he took over another CLD practice… and this is the doc that became an owner doc after 8 months of graduation. And to complete the range, the bottom number is $1,958,239 while we had one full time and one part time doc on site (four days a week). I own this practice, but didn't have to work in it the whole year and still made this much. These are truly achievable results because, well, we did it and you can come to meet us whenever. And yes, it sounds too good to be true because I feel it too as I'm writing this. But you'll just have to see it for yourself. We're a legit company and we're here. In fact, we have something called "Item 19" in our Franchise Disclosure document. It's a public, legal document where it shows how much we've made each month for the whole year of 2024. The team operates around 50 sites in 32 states with a robust development pipeline. **About the role** At our Green Meadows facility in Hilbert, WI , we convert landfill gas into pipeline quality natural gas (High Btu or Renewable Natural Gas). Our Operations Technician operates the landfill gas processing facility. We process the landfill gas by removing the majority of the non-methane components including CO2, water, sulfur and volatile and non-volatile organic compounds to attain pipeline quality. The RNG Operator will operate and maintain Landfill gas to High BTU processing facility; which will include Guild gas process, Gas Compressors, CO2 removal system, Thermal-Oxidizers, and H2S removal systems. We also perform intermediate to sophisticated level Instrument and Control repair, maintenance, calibration and solving. The work schedule for this position will be Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm. Must be available for on-call duty on a rotating basis. The schedule is subject to change per business needs and management discretion. **Key accountabilities** + Own the safe operation of the plant during assigned shift in the most efficient and productive method to maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and prescribed safety and environmental standards. + Make periodic inspections of plant equipment to resolve accurate and normal operating conditions. About the role At our Green Meadows facility in Hilbert, WI , we convert landfill gas into pipeline quality natural gas (High Btu or Renewable Natural Gas). Our Operations Technician operates the landfill gas processing facility. We process the landfill gas by removing the majority of the non-methane components including CO2, water, sulfur and volatile and non-volatile organic compounds to attain pipeline quality. The RNG Operator will operate and maintain Landfill gas to High BTU processing facility; which will include Guild gas process, Gas Compressors, CO2 removal system, Thermal-Oxidizers, and H2S removal systems. We also perform intermediate to sophisticated level Instrument and Control repair, maintenance, calibration and solving. The work schedule for this position will be Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm. Must be available for on-call duty on a rotating basis. The schedule is subject to change per business needs and management discretion. Job Description This is a Computer Field Technician Position doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. To be successful in this position, you must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware. Job Details: This is a 1099/per call position Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed. Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered. Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you. You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day. You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day. You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day. The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you. You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial) You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided. In this role, you will perform preventative and reactive maintenance on printing and finishing machines, support equipment and components, and general building maintenance. Perform regular scheduled Preventive Maintenance on printing and finishing machines, support equipment, auxiliary components, and general building maintenance. Respond to reactive/unscheduled requests of production equipment focusing on minimizing down time by diagnosing problems, replacing, repairing parts, testing, and making adjustments or calibrations. Use electrical test instruments including multimeter, amp meter, scope meter, and thermal imager to troubleshoot/repair equipment. Disassemble machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts. Create and complete assigned work orders generated by the CMMS program. Document all machine malfunctions to track machine efficiency. Interpret electrical print/schematics, including symbol ID location, PLC card I/O controls, within various types of prints associated with North American, European, and Asian manufacturers. Contribute to creation of process documentation and quality work instruction. Participate in Continuous Improvement root cause analysis initiatives to increase equipment platform performance. Evaluate and provide feedback to optimize preventative maintenance plans. Follow safety policy and procedures to include, but not limited to, lock out-tag-out. May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Properly dispose of waste ink, spent solvents, and other designated waste according to hazardous waste handling guidelines Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Requires eight (8) years of electro-mechanical experience, or four (4) years of electro-mechanical experience with an associate degree in electro-mechanical technology or similar. Work cohesively with team members to achieve departmental goals. Ability to lead, develop, and support small teams. Manage and complete equipment related projects on time. Possess excellent electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experienced in a manufacturing/production environment. Support leadership in the event of absence. Must be able to communicate and work effectively within maintenance team and with internal customers. Must be familiar with AC and DC circuits, low voltage through 480v three phase power. Office software and computer navigation skills. Must be able to analyze many variables and choose the most effective course of action. Must be able to resolve problems and make effective decisions under pressure. Ability to work independently or as a member of a team. Ability to give, receive and analyze information. Ability to meet deadlines. May be required to work some overtime. Knowledge of and the ability to speak the English language fluently. Only $1,958,239… while only open four days a week :) (I had an associate and I didn't even work in the dental office) We help dentists build his or her dream practice. I know I just threw a whole bunch of stats and data at you up there, but I wanted to explain pretty much the goal and the achievable result for the dental ownership position. I guess I was a little different than most - I just wanted to own my own dental practice as soon as I got out. Any mistakes or systems that I'd make would be faster that way. I also knew that the upside of ownership would be much better than the alternative, which is associate dentist. Ownership would provide me financial freedom, being my own boss, keeping any profits that the practice made and, eventually, creating systems so that I could eventually hire people and sit back and operate the business. And so, I graduated and started my career as an owner dentist. Though there was an issue - student loans. I don't know how much you have, but I had some crazy amount like $550,000. Not only that, but my wife had about $500,000 as well (she's also a dentist). But that's not the scary part. The scary part is the interest. I was in the IBR program where you pay like the absolute minimum. And that's when it hit me. While I was paying the minimum, my principal balance kept going up. I did this for about 3 years without truly knowing what was going on. So yeah, I was making money and invested into real estate, but decided to just pay off over a million dollars in student loans. The point I'm trying to make is that being an associate dentist isn't what it used to be. Associates have student loans they have to pay (probably the biggest one), car loans, rent / mortgage, family, life, and the cycle goes on and on. And that's precisely why I'm trying to let as many associate docs know the value of ownership and opportunity cost. Though we averaged a little over 5 mil for our practices, the top owner doc produced $8,864,788 for the year of 2024. I guess he was impressed by the system, so he took over another CLD practice… and this is the doc that became an owner doc after 8 months of graduation. And to complete the range, the bottom number is $1,958,239 while we had one full time and one part time doc on site (four days a week). I own this practice, but didn't have to work in it the whole year and still made this much. These are truly achievable results because, well, we did it and you can come to meet us whenever. And yes, it sounds too good to be true because I feel it too as I'm writing this. But you'll just have to see it for yourself. We're a legit company and we're here.
