About the Role:
This position supports new construction, retrofit, and service-based controls projects for a wide range of facilities including hospitals, manufacturing plants, office buildings, government sites, and energy production operations. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, wire, and configure BAS/DDC controllers, sensors, and network components
Perform equipment checkouts, point-to-point testing, and full system commissioning
Troubleshoot HVAC control loops, network communication, and device-level issues
Modify and tune BAS programs to ensure proper operation and energy performance
Create and update graphics, alarm settings, and trend logs
Collaborate with mechanical contractors, electricians, and on-site facility teams
Interpret electrical diagrams, mechanical plans, and sequences of operation
Provide end-user support and training for building operators
Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of experience in BAS/DDC controls or HVAC automation

Marks products with labels reflecting appropriate charge codes. Maintains stock area in a neat and orderly manner. Rearranges and rotates stock for orderly and timely usage of dated materials. Reports discrepancies to the Lead/Coordinator.
* REQUISTIONS
Reviews information on supply requisitions verifying required information is listed including description, quantity, department name and cost center and who is ordering. Picks and assembles orders, verifying and accounting for products and transactions. Processes credits for returned merchandise at the time it is received to ensure the on-hands quantities in the warehouse are correct for reorders.
