Repairs may be done in the shop or in the field. When in the field repairs are required, a company service truck will be provided and used. Perform rental check-ins, safety checks, and inspections as per company guidelines assuring equipment is Rent Ready Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, electrical systems, drive components, and typical mechanical failures. Exhibit positive and effective interaction with customers, fellow employees, management and equipment manufacturers. Uphold safety practices and standards Maintain accurate records as it relates to repair orders, parts ordering, and time keeping. Strong Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills; proficient in mechanical systems (transmissions, engines, hydraulics, etc.) Able to lift 30 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 80 pounds independently or with assistance.
