The Position:
This is a very dynamic and fast-track position reporting to the Field Service Supervisor. The position will be the key member of service team. This position will also be the technical point of the contact person to support sales teams for commercial, industrial and utility-scale businesses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform as a lead on more complex field engineering assignments for Battery Storage and PV applications.
Perform pre-commissioning and commissioning of Battery storage systems (AC & DC couple) and PV solar inverters achieving the milestones agreed with utility scale customers
Perform and/or lead Preventive Maintenance projects as needed
Perform a variety of engineering assignment involving technology applications involved in the installation, operation, testing and maintenance of central and string solar inverter
Perform electrical and electronic troubleshooting and testing of solar inverters and its components in the field or in the laboratory. Use of PQA and oscilloscope is required as needed
Perform and/or troubleshooting in your region assigned to investigate solar plant issues such as DC arrays grid faults, inverter design issues, and utility grid transients
Provide feedback to the engineering team on possible mechanical and electrical design improvements
Lead upgrade projects (software and hardware) in the field and interact with customers to explain the technical scope of the project
Work with customer EMS/SCADA engineers to set-up systems communication and parameters
Create Field Service procedures if there is not available for trouble-shooting, and maintenance
Participate on training material some customers as requested but the Training Manager
Research alternative components that can be used in the field
Coordinate with R&D engineering in China if required help during troubleshooting
Take the lead in some projects such as upgrades or retrofit as well as commissioning
Independently performs a range of field service tasks involving communication with Factory Engineering and Customer's solar plant engineer
Coordinate and work closely with other engineering, logistic, financial, and program management disciplines to maintain the solar plants
Help on the repair activities in the Service center
Prepare, deliver and submit field reports to customer and management
Support development of technical proposal and provide comments on the technical content and level of effort of the proposed scope of work
Conduct site visits, experimental investigations and analyze engineering problems, propose solutions and alterative, and provide recommendations
Minimum Requirements:
7 plus years of overall experience in engineering filed
3 years of experience in Battery Storage systems and 2 years for solar inverters
Must possess the ability to work with test equipment and hand tools as required
Must possess customer service, problem-solving skills, and possess decision making and analytical skills
Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to closely follow instruction and pre-established procedures/SOP to perform the ductions of the job
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, power Point and Outlook)
OSHA, NSPA70A, Electrical Safety
Education or Desired License and Certificates:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from accredited university or college
Renewable industry experience is required

Under the direction of the Production Coordinator, the Production Technician is responsible for maintaining and monitoring the efficient operation of all production processes.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Able to clean the preheater tower with jack hammers and air lances.
As directed, reclaim sand, iron ore, gypsum and clinker into the process.
Operate limestone reclaimers to face storage piles and position reclaimers prior to the start of reclaim operation.
As directed, lubricate, inspect, adjust or make repairs to process equipment.
Follow all safety procedures including lock-out, tag-out, try-out, confined space, hot work permits, utilization of appropriate PPE, perform safety hazard checks, correct and eliminate safety hazards.
Follow all standard work instructions.
Completion of the Area Safety Inspection, Mobile Equipment Checklist and any other documentation as required.
General housekeeping - keep work areas clean.
Other duties as assigned.
Must be able to work rotating shifts.

Auxiliary equipment includes DSX panels, MUX equipment, routers, patch panels, Wi-max products

Proficient with test equipment for in the field test and turn up
Migration of customer traffic to newly installed MW systems
Bench testing of MW systems before deployment to the field
Diagnosis of all aspects of problems to include path alignment
Conduct site audits for future installs
Comply with various customer's standards of installation
Effectively communicate with the customer about issues, on site changes, and recommendations in a professional manner
Conduct the above tasks within OSHA regulations, industry standards and more stringent safety regulations set forth by EasTex Tower LLC
Competencies:
Must have valid Driver's License and the ability to obtain a DOT physical certification. CDL Class A certification a plus
Must be able to pass a background check for government security clearances
Power meters, Spectrum analyzer, OC3 - T1 test sets, and ability to conduct RFC 2544 tests. Any proficiency with the upcoming Y.1564 standard a plus
Ability to work with all software programs that communicate with radio equipment

Manage purchase orders issued to vendors for technical and office supplies, and equipment.
Approve and code vendor and service provider invoices according to IT and Accounting Dept. guidelines.
Manage department funds transfers for goods and services, according to IT and Accounting Dept. guidelines.
Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and devices.
Report copier and printer usage to Accounting and third party vendors.
Maintain departmental files and filing system.
Provide evening and weekend on-call support as requested on a rotational basis as needed.
Ability to deal with vendors and third-party providers, both on the phone, email and in person, in a courteous and professional manner while determining the best outcome for the church.
Work in close association with the entire staff to build and maintain a strong team environment among our staff and complete the work necessary to fully serve and support the ministries and events of New Life Church.
Support New Life church with your tithe.
Attend regular staff meetings and additional meetings when requested.
Cooperate with the IT Director & church by performing any other duties as necessity requires.
Minimum Requirements
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: Demonstrated skill and experience supporting, administering, and troubleshooting MacOS and iOS devices.

Responsibilities Working with NIWC Pacific Engineering Technician III, will provide engineering & support services for various C2 facilities throughout the period of performance.
Services required include supporting Engineers in the AV design and installation of space operations centers fusing mission systems and ops center workstations in a manner that provides quick mission assessment and decisional information to adequately affect kill chain decisions.
Support the preparation of pre-installation, test, and checkout documents of all new AV equipment components and subcomponents.
Support Cataloging and archiving software media included and/or created for AV equipment.
Support the Installation of AV equipment components and subcomponents in locations specified in the IDP or as otherwise directed by the Government.
Support equipment Configuration within the integrated AV system.
Assist in the Identification any materials incidental to the integration task not provided.
Assist in system testing in accordance with established test plan to ensure total operation and functional AV System regarding compatibly with interfacing/interacting systems, subsystems, equipment, and computer programs.
