Position Summary:
Under minimal supervision, performs diagnostic and service work on residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories. Communicates with customer to answer questions, resolves problems, and ensures complete customer satisfaction. Promotes products and services to customer. Works under the direction of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Works under minimal supervision to perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls

Communicates with dispatch, while on duty, to ensure dispatcher has an accurate status report of activities and availability
Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Promotes products and services to the customer. Calls Sales and Service Coordinator with specifics on replacement product sales leads generated from customer service visit.
Ensures company property, vehicles, and tools are being used, maintained, and properly accounted for
Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and activities
Follows standard procedures and process, ensures that the company vehicle is properly stocked, returns defective warranty parts to the branch, and orders/replenishes vehicle stock as needed

Summary
Perform diagnostic CT and radiologic quality imaging under the direction of a physician using professional judgement while maintaining proper technical and radiation quality standards. Job Duties
Performs all types of imaging procedures & operates all equipment safely and properly including imaging equipment, injectors, & monitors.
Reviews images of all exams, repeating as necessary to providing radiation protection in accordance with safety standards for best possible results.
Communicates with the patient by addressing the patient by name, introducing self to the patient, explaining the exam in lay terms and keeping the patient Informed of exam progress.
Ensures appropriate exam is ordered and images are delivered to the correct patient folder in PACS.
Document LMP, fluoro time, number of images, appropriate history and any adverse reaction to contrast media or change in patient's condition.
Prepares patients for imaging procedures by reviewing patient chart/script to verify pertinent information, assess patient's needs, medical history, and provides patient education.
Attends department meetings or other mandatory meetings, assist with education and training of new employees, students and other ancillary personnel with a positive attitude.
Ensures coordination of daily work duties with the team and coordinates timing of exams.

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:
•Movement - Standing and Walking for up to 12 hours of the shift. Walking up to 5 miles a day.
•Lifting & Moving - Must be able to lift and carry 20 to 80 lbs. repeatedly multiple times in a shift. Pushing & pulling up to 200 lbs.
•Other Movements - Bending and reaching required multiple times per shift. Crouching, Stooping and Kneeling a moderate amount of time per shift. Climbing stairs, ladders, scaffolds and ramps required multiple times throughout shift including but not limited to climbing height up to 12 feet.
•Other Physical Requirements - Use of a computer and keyboard throughout the shift. Required to perform handwriting and typing throughout the day. Frequently working with Electronic Batch Records. Occasional forklift use.
•Speaking, Hearing & Visual - Must be able to speak clearly and present well to others. Hearing is required constantly throughout shift. Must be able to see near, distant and peripheral objects all the time.
