Responsibilities:
* Conduct fire damage mitigation, including removal of soot, charred materials, and hazardous debris
* Perform selective demolition and structural cleaning using industry-approved methods
* Set up negative air containment zones and use air filtration equipment as needed
* Clean structural components, surfaces, and HVAC systems to remove smoke residues
* Execute odor control treatments using ozone, hydroxyl, or other deodorization systems
