Job Description:
The Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Mechanic primary responsibilities, with safety in mind, are to maintain, tests, and repairs electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components. Possessing welding and machining skills is a plus. Applies knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical principles in analytically determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation. Provides skilled mechanical and electrical/electronic support to all areas of manufacturing for a unionized plant.
Shift: 12-hour Shift, nights 6:00pm - 6:00am

Job Responsibilities:
Provides maintenance information by using CMMS.
An operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery which includes motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial / electronic controls and power transmission systems.
Use strong PLC trouble shooting and problem-solving ability with practical, mechanical & electrical aptitude.
Read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings.
Maintain production equipment to a reliable level of production through preventative maintenance

Requirements:
2-3 years of Electro-Mechanical Automation System Installation & Troubleshooting Experience

Must be computer literate with Microsoft environment.
High school diploma or equivalent

The salary range for this position is

You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Must have prior hands on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be comfortable with daily local travel
