Months 2-3 · Taking initiative to fill gaps in operations that you identify o Lead all biweekly test coordination, successfully run 4 biweekly tests and write reports on the results for the slack channel · Planning trips and leading system installations at customer facilities o Lead the trip planning process for at least 1 installation · Build sensor packages and assemble systems with minimal supervision o Make 4 trigger cables and maintain stock of 4 trigger cables o Build and maintain stock of 4 Fringe kits · Provide customer feedback to the team for continuous product improvement. o Make a report on identified areas of weakness in our team/workflow, with suggested improvements.
