Heritage Food Service Group (HSG) has been a trusted provider of commercial OEM parts, HVACR, and commercial kitchen equipment, installation, service, and repair since 1979.
Primary Responsibilities:
Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
Troubleshoots and repairs gas, electric, water, refrigeration and steam powered commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment.
Utilizes tablet to complete tasks i.e., parts number, parts order lookup, and work orders, on a timely basis.
Communicates professionally with customer regarding required repairs and status.
Uses proper tools for repair, including hand tools and power tools.
Monitors truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked on vehicle.
Maintains service vehicle, tools, and uniforms.
Collects payment on COD jobs.
Contributes positively to branch targets for response time and first-time fix rates.
Successfully completes training to increase skill and knowledge.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School diplomas or the equivalent in experience.
1 year of applicable experience.
Driving record under auto liability insurance guidelines.

Operates total station, digital and automatic level, Topcon data collector, TDS software.
Collect data for field level notes which is reported to the Surveyor Party Chief.

Service Technicians must be able to use training and tools provided by AES and its vendor partners to properly diagnose and repair such equipment. In addition, Service Technicians are responsible for collections on services and products they sell.
It is expected that a Service Technician will be able to perform an average of 2 to 3 service calls per day. A minimum average of 1 service call per day will qualify the Service Technician for a base salary of $150 per day. This base will serve as a Draw against commission, meaning that any commission earned in excess of the the base pay will be paid on collected sales. IMC is currently hiring a Telemetry Tech., who under the general supervision of the Unit Director and with the authority of the Director of Nursing, the telemetry technician monitors the cardiac rhythms of patients in CCU and the other floors/departments. Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to interpret the monitors based on related criteria for the pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric population.
EDUCATION
Job requires graduation from high school & current CPR certification (preferred); EKG Course preferred, however may be waived if employee is able to pass the pre-employment EKG interpretation exam with a minimum score of 80% to be considered for employment.
TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
Job requires no previous experience although related hospital experience is desired. The employee will complete an orientation program of sufficient duration and content to prepare them for their specific duties in the hospital before they administer direct patient care independently, but at least within thirty (30) days of their hire date. Computer experience is helpful, since job does involve some order entry into the computer.
JOB KNOWLEDGE
Basic EKG rhythm interpretation necessary. Computer knowledge helpful for order entry into computer. The job will require a certain degree of creative thinking and judgement, since decisions will have to be made on a variety of different patient EKG recordings. This job will require times where the telemetry tech. will have to notify nurses of the potential need for initiating immediate measures to counteract an unfavorable condition.

The Surveyor Instrument Technician provides support to the Surveyor Party Chief in the daily responsibilities of the land surveying department. Duties:
Operates total station, digital and automatic level, Topcon data collector, TDS software.
Collect data for field level notes which is reported to the Surveyor Party Chief.
Assist in loading and unloading survey equipment from the company vehicle.
