Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:
In this role the Laser Manufacturing Technician will be an indispensable partner with internal partners by performing moderate functions associated with a focused manufacturing or operations area. You will perform functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including testing, inspecting, and completing in-process products, assets, and finished goods. This will be accomplished by following and completing set test procedures. As well as packing out finished goods by following the bill of materials. You will also be responsible for working with QA to test, document, and report any quality related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize a developing knowledge of operations principles and experience to perform duties that may include but are not limited to:
* Inspection of medical lasers, medical devices, and accessories
* Manufacturing/Kitting of medical lasers, and other medical devices
* Transacting manufacturing orders and QA checks via an ERP system
* Collaborate with QA to investigate, take samples, and document issues
* Perform rework, repair and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies
* Use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment
* Assist with tests and experiments as directed
* May operate and perform maintenance on equipment
* Ability to understand quality methodologies
* Sustain a safe and clean working environment
* Understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
* May develop processing schedules for related operations
* Collaborate with various functions and levels throughout the organization

As a Lubrication Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper lubrication and maintenance of industrial equipment such as turbines, compressors, and hydraulic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine lubrication tasks on various industrial equipment according to maintenance schedules.
• Inspect equipment to identify lubrication needs and potential issues.
• Monitor lubricant levels and quality - recommend adjustments or replacements as necessary based on several factors that include but are not limited to oil analysis, eye test, vibration/ultrasonic analysis, and/or time-based factors.
• Clean and maintain lubrication equipment and tools.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
• Document maintenance activities, including lubrication schedules, quantities used, and equipment conditions.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment problems related to lubrication.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in mechanical maintenance preferred.
• Basic computer skills such as navigating email, Word, and Excel Spreadsheets (Only Beginner Level of Experience Required)
• TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Card)
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance or similar field is a plus (1+ years).
• Basic understanding of lubrication principles and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers
• Ability to lift 10lbs - 75lbs at various frequencies as well as crouching, stooping, stair climbing

Operations Technician The hazardous waste Operations Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of hazardous waste incineration equipment. This role involves handling, processing, and disposing of hazardous materials in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
This position is a 12 hour rotating shift from 4:30-4:30
Essential Functions & Requirements:
Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audit of the incineration process and equipment.

Manage the unloading of hazardous waste materials.
Be an active member of the Plant Emergency Response team.
Education:
