Key Responsibilities

Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 1-3 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Job Description
You will meet your assistant at 6:45 am at the warehouse where you will load the generator into the company vehicle and drive to the customers residence. Therefore, a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record is required.
Ideally jobs are completed within 8 hours, however based on the complexity of certain jobs and when drive time is factored in, some overtime may be required.
You will use your electrical knowledge and technical skills to understand blueprints/schematics in order to safely and efficiently install the customer's generator.
You will lead by example in a positive manor and mentor/train your assistant to help develop their skill set.
Your performance will be assessed based on your ability to complete each job in a safe, timely, accurate manner which meets or exceeds customer expectations.
You will use your customer service skills to greet the customer when you get onsite, and you will communicate with them through the project to ensure their satisfaction.

**Job Duties**
+ Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
+ Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
+ Maintain a service van and its inventory.
+ Process paperwork after completion of each job.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Less than 2 years related experience
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
+ Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
+ Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred.
+ Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder and various types of testing equipment.
+ Industry related training is preferred
+ Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow-through

Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: The Medical Equipment Technician performs and scheduled maintenance and builds a knowledge base of a variety of common medical devices. Examples of these medical devices are; Infusion Pumps, Centrifuges, Suction pumps, Patient Support equipment, etc. The Medical Equipment Technician will also provide the following services; electrical systems check, equipment tagging, incoming equipment inspections, installation, recall & alert activities and calibration & repair of medical devices. Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have one of the following: Associates Degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electronics, or related field United States Military Biomedical Equipment Service training.
Technical certificate from accredited institution for Biomedical Equipment Service, electronics, or other related field.
One to three years of direct medical device service experience.
Valid Driver's License.
Demonstrated ability to effectively use hand tools commonly associated with the repair and maintenance of medical equipment
Demonstrated ability to use test equipment, gauges and meters commonly associated with the service of medical equipment.
Demonstrated ability to read, understand and interpret technical documentation including, but not limited to wiring and equipment schematics.
Demonstrated ability of basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrate basic understanding of human anatomy and physiology Demonstrate basic understanding of medical terminology.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years direct medical equipment service experience.
Basic X-Ray Training and/ or Specialized Biomedical Equipment Service training on specific equipment (Anesthesia, sterilizers, ultrasound, or X-ray,).
Be able to provide expert level knowledge and skills on at least two specialized medical technology device types. Some examples of these medical devices are: networked physiological monitoring systems, specialized medical laboratory equipment, various respiratory therapy equipment and ventilators, highly specialized surgical systems, x-ray systems, or medical device security.

Position Summary: This position is an integral part of the Operations Team. This position is an entry-level facility operations position with a focus on day-to-day operations and is responsible for operating systems, building services support, and staff support daily. This is a full-time position with weekends required.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Opening and preparing the facility for daily activity.
Daily Closing and Lockup procedures.
Supervised specialty projects: painting, exhibit builds, lighting, and facility repairs.
Equipment operators for unloading all ops materials and deliveries.
Provide daily support for all garden functions.
Facility operation assistance with exhibit utilities and construction.
Parking management duties.
Assist with other facilities maintenance related tasks when required.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Trade school completion, and/or 1 year of experience in garden operations or facilities maintenance or equivalent.
First and CPR certification.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on field experience.
Basic machinery operation or certificate preferred.
Problem solving skills.
Good computer skills including MS Office (word, excel, etc.), Outlook, and web browsers.
Weekends and holidays are required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
May stand for long periods of time. Walk and inspect property. Work in extreme temperatures and dirty environment. Lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds. Drive vehicle or cart.
