Daily Engagement of workforce through direction of work assignments, compensation, communication, recognition, development and coaching, etc

What You'll Do:
Provide journeyman level skills in the start-up of new equipment, repair of malfunctioning equipment under warranty and provision of first year warranty service in support of the new construction operation.
Performs start-up of residential HVAC systems in new installs to ensure proper operation in heat and cool cycles.

Performs repairs of complete systems to include repairing, calibrating or replacing controls, switches, thermostats, transformers, gauges, wiring fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, piping and other functional components of the system.
Installs, repairs, replaces or cleans refrigerant lines, fans, appliance vents, smoke detectors, drain pans and grills, as appropriate. Brazes in freon lines and pressurizes with nitrogen. Evacuates and/or adds refrigerant in units, as required.
Tests repairs and installations by starting unit and checking pressures with gauges to ensure proper operation.

Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.

You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.

Job Description

Kroy is currently hiring for the positions of plant maintenance. Plant maintenance is responsible for making sure that plant facilities and equipment are always in good order and condition.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Abide by Company Safety Program and Policies, while performing duties safely.
Assist in the preventative maintenance program for tube mills, forklifts, fleet vehicles and other general equipment. Perform scheduled maintenance on all equipment safely. Complete maintenance and repair logs.
Independently determines the need and performs basic electrical repair.
Assist mill operators in break downs and help trouble shoot problems with all mills.
Perform multiple tasks while maintaining a high degree of attention to details.
Uses various hand tools and test equipment periodically to analyze, evaluate and correct malfunctions with various systems, devices and/or instruments. Keep small power tools in proper working order.
Keep a well maintained shop.
Other duties may be assigned.
Pay: $20-$25 per hour
