Maintain spare parts inventory for assigned equipment, including monitoring levels, initiating requisitions, completing budget review, and ordering necessary materials.

Perform electrical troubleshooting and component replacement as needed.
Troubleshoot and repair utility equipment including boilers, chillers, air handlers and USP water systems (if qualified).
