At Great Wolf, the Aquatics Technician II oversees the day to day engineering operations in the lodge. This includes but is not limited to project management, general life safety, ordering, working with vendors. Responsible for completing preventative maintenance and repairs through-out the hotel guestrooms, public spaces, equipment, buildings & grounds.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment (e.g., pump and motor replacement), plumbing (e.g., plunge toilets and unclog drains), electrical equipment including lamps, cosmetic items, extension cords, vacuum cleaners, internet devices, replace electrical switches and outlets, and other guestroom items.
Assure each day's activities and problems that occur are communicated to the other shifts using approved communication programs and standards.
Ensures that all work performed is conducted in a safe and timely manner adhering to standards of safety and effective equipment utilization.
Maintains working knowledge of departmental safety procedures. Attends safety-training programs and in-service as required for continued development.
Maintains the necessary service records on mechanical and structural systems.
Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed for park operation, employee relations, timekeeping and safety. Including ensuring all daily, weekly and monthly documentation is being completed.
Other duties as deemed appropriate by the Assistant Director of Engineering.

JOB SUMMARY : The primary purpose of a Junior Technician is to read and understand coating recipes, produce bulk and finished coating in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) procedures, and safety procedures and also display competency in material handling. Mixing/Peanut Mill: Read recipe and add ingredients to mixer or bulk tank by hand and by using the plant control system (PCS).
Refining/Testing: Prepare and operate the pre-refiner, refiners, and conches to achieve desired fineness and viscosity. Collect and test samples of product in various stages of the production process. Add necessary ingredients to the conches. Melt ingredients for production orders.
Chipline: Operate chipline depositor and troubleshoot color, shape, and size issues on finished products. Read, interpret, and mix bases, flavors, and dyes to meet product specifications. Palletize boxes of product at the end of the chipline.
Shipping & Receiving:
Move ingredients in and out of racking, utilizing our inventory management system, to achieve proper first to expire, first out (FEFO) / product rotation procedures.
Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers, completing the necessary inspection forms. Requires working at heights and using fall protection to accomplish task.
Receive, inspect, sample, tag, and route all incoming materials. Pick, pack, load, and ready orders for shipping.
Sanitation: Utilize correct cleaning procedures to complete production and non-production cleaning responsibilities. Set up, tear down, and clean tanks, pipes, pumps, and plates.
Train and certify in all eight areas noted above within the designated timeframes.
Inspect product for color, shape, and size issues on finished products.

Hi. Dr. David Park here. I know I just threw a whole bunch of stats and data at you up there, but I wanted to explain pretty much the goal and the achievable result for the dental ownership position.
I guess I was a little different than most - I just wanted to own my own dental practice as soon as I got out. Any mistakes or systems that I'd make would be faster that way. I also knew that the upside of ownership would be much better than the alternative, which is associate dentist. Ownership would provide me financial freedom, being my own boss, keeping any profits that the practice made and, eventually, creating systems so that I could eventually hire people and sit back and operate the business.
And so, I graduated and started my career as an owner dentist. Though there was an issue - student loans. I don't know how much you have, but I had some crazy amount like $550,000. Not only that, but my wife had about $500,000 as well (she's also a dentist).
But that's not the scary part. The scary part is the interest. I was in the IBR program where you pay like the absolute minimum. And that's when it hit me. While I was paying the minimum, my principal balance kept going up. I did this for about 3 years without truly knowing what was going on. So yeah, I was making money and invested into real estate, but decided to just pay off over a million dollars in student loans.
The point I'm trying to make is that being an associate dentist isn't what it used to be. Associates have student loans they have to pay (probably the biggest one), car loans, rent / mortgage, family, life, and the cycle goes on and on.
And that's precisely why I'm trying to let as many associate docs know the value of ownership and opportunity cost.
Though we averaged a little over 5 mil for our practices, the top owner doc produced $8,864,788 for the year of 2024. I guess he was impressed by the system, so he took over another CLD practice… and this is the doc that became an owner doc after 8 months of graduation. And to complete the range, the bottom number is $1,958,239 while we had one full time and one part time doc on site (four days a week). I own this practice, but didn't have to work in it the whole year and still made this much. These are truly achievable results because, well, we did it and you can come to meet us whenever. And yes, it sounds too good to be true because I feel it too as I'm writing this. But you'll just have to see it for yourself. We're a legit company and we're here.

The Position
The Facilities Technician II position will support building operations during 2nd shift hours (starting at 1:00 PM). This position offers scheduling flexibility, with a choice of a 4-day workweek (four 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday) or a traditional 5-day schedule (five 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday).
As the sole Facilities representative on second shift, the position will play a critical role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our manufacturing and building infrastructure. This position is well suited for someone who thrives in a hands-on, independent work environment and takes pride in keeping complex facilities running smoothly and efficiently.
This position will serve as the primary point of contact for all facilities-related matters during second shift and must be comfortable making real-time decisions with minimal supervision. Responsibilities will include routine maintenance, urgent repairs, contractor coordination, and ensuring smooth handoffs with first-shift teams.
This role is eligible for a 10% shift differential.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Facilities point of contact during second shift, independently managing issues and ensuring timely resolution with minimal supervision.
Respond promptly to urgent maintenance situations (e.g., leaks, power outages, equipment malfunctions), prioritizing safety and operational continuity.
Perform routine building maintenance across multiple trades, including:
Carpentry
Painting and general repairs
Plumbing
Electrical
General Cleaning
HVAC support and diagnostics
Participate in a rotating non-business hour on call program to respond to emergency building maintenance issues and system failures including holidays and weekends.
Conduct regular inspections of building systems and infrastructure to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
Accurately complete and document daily work orders and maintenance records using appropriate tools and systems.
Coordinate and oversee specialized contractors and OEM technicians, ensuring high-quality, compliant service on complex equipment.
Take initiative to identify facility issues or improvement opportunities and resolve or escalate as needed.
Strictly adhere to Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) standards and internal procedures to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
Assist with inventory management of critical spare parts and consumables to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations, including cGMP, FDA, and OSHA guidelines.
Maintain all required training certifications and job qualifications in alignment with regulatory and site requirements.
Provide thorough shift handoffs, communicating effectively with first-shift personnel through logs, documentation, and in-person updates.
Demonstrate continuous growth in technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and cross-functional communication.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary technical training a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on facilities or maintenance experience.
Proven knowledge in building systems maintenance, including:
Basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repair
Minor electrical work (e.g., lighting, outlets, ballasts)
Plumbing (e.g., leaks, drains, line installs)
HVAC troubleshooting and support
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and resolve issues independently, particularly during off-hours or without direct supervision.
Strong decision-making skills with a safety-first mindset and the ability to assess risk, root cause, and potential business impact in real time.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, quality, contractors) to implement maintenance solutions and improvements.
Proficient in interpreting manuals, SOPs, and maintenance documentation.
Comfortable working in GMP-regulated or highly compliant environments; understanding of FDA, OSHA, EPA, EH&S, and Wisconsin state safety standards preferred.

Preferred:
Licensed tradesperson credentials such as a Journeyman Electrician or Refrigeration Technician license.
Prior maintenance experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or similarly regulated environment.
Familiarity with cGMP and cGDP principles, including proper documentation of maintenance work and maintaining clean, compliant workspaces.
Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to manage work orders, asset history, and inventory.
Resides within reasonable commuting distance of the facility and is available for occasional off-hours support.

The Renovation Technician will assist the Renovation Team with overall maintenance of the physical apartment, under the direction of the Renovation Manager. The ideal candidate will be a self starter and enjoy working independently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Renovation Technician expectations, including but not limited to:
· Demo of apartment dwelling, including trash removal from apartment dwellings, removal of appliances
· Perform drywall repairs, touch up painting, unit painting.
· Perform light electrical, including but not limited to outlet replacement, GFCI replacement, light fixture installation, ceiling fan installation.
· Perform plumbing work, to include replacing valves, faucets, bath/plumbing diverter valves, tub surrounds, toilet installation, etc.
· Perform carpentry work, to include cabinet replacement, installation of cabinet faces, trim replacement, door mortising and installation, closet door installation, vanity installation, subfloor repair, etc.
· Perform LVP replacement as needed to existing flooring when necessary.
· Perform installation of blinds, miscellaneous fixtures, mirrors, bathroom towel bars, appliances, etc.
